My name is Les Thompson, a qualified boilermaker/welder from the Yindjibarndi Nation, and the Director of THAAMA—100% Aboriginal-owned and Supply Nation registered, based in Roebourne in the Pilbara.
THAAMA was built on two things: delivering high-quality welding and fabrication for the mining, and construction supply chain, and creating real employment pathways for local Aboriginal people through training, mentoring, and strong community partnerships.
